VialCheck is an independent information service about research peptide vendors, their published laboratory testing and their prices. We do not sell products. Our content is for research and information purposes only and is not medical, legal or professional advice — please read our Disclaimer.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. You're responsible for making sure your use of VialCheck, and any purchase you make from a vendor, is lawful where you are.

• Give accurate information and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or are used to manipulate the site.

When you post a review or other content, you confirm that it:

• reflects your own genuine experience;
• is not written by, for, or on behalf of a vendor about its own or a competitor's products;
• isn't false, defamatory, abusive, or an infringement of someone else's rights;
• contains no instructions for dosing or human use, and no personal data about others.

Reviews are moderated before they appear and we may decline or remove any content. You keep ownership of what you post, and grant VialCheck a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it on the site and in related materials.

Vendors who apply for a listing or use the vendor dashboard also agree that:

• the information, prices, images and COAs they submit are accurate and theirs to share;
• every submission is reviewed and may be edited, declined or removed by VialCheck;
• listings, Trust Scores and rankings are determined by VialCheck's methodology and cannot be bought or negotiated;
• referral or commission arrangements, where they exist, are agreed separately in writing.

Please don't:

• scrape, copy or republish VialCheck data in bulk without our written permission;
• attempt to access accounts, admin areas or systems you aren't authorised to use;
• interfere with the site's security or performance, or use automated tools to generate fake clicks, reviews or accounts;
• use VialCheck for anything unlawful.

The VialCheck name, logo, design, Trust Score methodology, and the compilation of records on the site belong to VialCheck. Vendor names, logos and product images belong to their owners. You may link to VialCheck pages and quote small excerpts with attribution.

Links to vendor stores and documents take you to sites we don't control. Any purchase is between you and the vendor, under the vendor's terms. Some links are referral links — see the Disclaimer.

VialCheck is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don't guarantee that the site or its data will be complete, accurate, current or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VialCheck and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from purchases made from vendors or the use of any product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept the update. Questions: hello@vialcheck.io.
