Sharing research here: how to cite a study

This board is for what the published research actually says — mechanisms, study designs and results.

To keep it useful:
- Link the source (PubMed, DOI or the journal page), not a screenshot of a summary.

- Say what kind of study it is: in vitro, animal model, or human trial — they support very different conclusions.

- Quote the finding, then add your reading of it.

- No personal dosing advice or protocols for human use.
